Ok so yesterday's post was not one of my finest... this mornining i went back over all my blogs and I realized what my problem is....
1 I lost sight of my goal. Yes my goal is to loose weight, but its also to eat better and feel healthier.
so confession
2... I have totally screwed up my eating. I have food ADD.. I cant stand the same stuff every day.. and I get sick of salads quickly.. but its the only way Im going to loose this dang weight.
SO starting today me and my big behind are back on track.
No More Excuses.
I wont say no more junk food, but I will stick to the portion size.
And I will welcome back fruit and salads.
I really really missed zumba/kb on monday. Im a bit of a bear without it.

Stuck
So i havent been writing because Im a little frustrated....
In the first couple of weeks of this I lost 10lbs. Now it seems that I am stuck at 269. Its pathetic... and concerning.......
I am staying under my reccomended calorie intake every day.
I am going to the gym 3hrs a week.
I am taking ItWorks products every day.
And Im still stuck.Its been 2 months since Ive started this.. I should be down 30lbs by now. *sigh*
I have been trying to tell myself the numbers on the scale dont matter... but right now they do. I want to get back in "One-derland"...
I have never had a problem loosing weight.. and keeping it off. I lost about 60lbs my year of college...
and now it just wont budge.....
I think its time to go see Dr Dreamy......

*sigh*
I've been trying... Really..
Positive note I'm at 265.2lbs. Woohoo
Not so positive..... I'm crashing hard.
Everything is so messed up.
This is supposed to be a turning point... A good thing.... But its just falling apart.
One bad day goes to 2... And 3... And 4... And things get darker and I get crankier and loose my patience and motivation...
Mother's Day is next weekend.. And I just want to curl up and hide..
Prayers appreciated. I declare tomorrow to be my do-over day.
