Thank you for attending my pitty party...

Ok so yesterday's post was not one of my finest... this mornining  i went back over all my blogs and I realized what my problem is....
1 I lost sight of my goal. Yes my goal is to loose weight, but its also to eat better and feel healthier.

2... I have totally screwed up my eating. I have food ADD.. I cant stand the same stuff every day.. and I get sick of salads quickly.. but its the only way Im going to loose this dang weight.

SO starting today me and my big behind are back on track.
No More Excuses.
I wont say no more junk food, but I will stick to the portion size.
And I will welcome back fruit and salads.

I really really missed zumba/kb on monday. Im a bit of a bear without it.
