So i havent been writing because Im a little frustrated....
In the first couple of weeks of this I lost 10lbs. Now it seems that I am stuck at 269. Its pathetic... and concerning.......
I am staying under my reccomended calorie intake every day.
I am going to the gym 3hrs a week.
I am taking ItWorks products every day.
And Im still stuck.Its been 2 months since Ive started this.. I should be down 30lbs by now. *sigh*
I have been trying to tell myself the numbers on the scale dont matter... but right now they do. I want to get back in "One-derland"...
I have never had a problem loosing weight.. and keeping it off. I lost about 60lbs my year of college...
and now it just wont budge.....
I think its time to go see Dr Dreamy......
One thing that I discovered when I went to WW was that eating less than your recommended caloric intake DOESN'T make you lose weight faster! Your body just goes into preservation mode - you know, just in case you don't get another meal....
ReplyDeleteHonestly the "reccomended" intake that I was going by was on an app... and I know I can cut it back a lot... the problem is I see the intake as a limit... so say im at 1300 after supper... I think "wow ok I have 500 calories I can still eat! where did that chocolate bar go....." (just as an example) with the new app i found I can set the limit to what I want. If I go over, so be it. But its a way to limit myself. Personally I know I dont need 1800 calories if i am sitting on my butt all day...
